After college, I worked in the software development industry, first locally in the Dominican Republic and then remotely for companies in the US. Through my work, I met many talented developers in Latin America who were eager for new opportunities.

I started Blue Coding in 2014 to connect this talent with companies in the US and Canada. We started small—I found our first client on Reddit and hired my friend Alex to help in the evenings.
